Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
Please note that estimated delivery dates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using reputable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination, package size, shipping service selected, and availability.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout unless your order qualifies for a free shipping promotion or another shipping offer.
Any available free shipping promotions will be subject to the terms displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Local Delivery and Pickup

Instructions regarding pickup or delivery will be provided after your order has been confirmed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Please allow some time for the shipping carrier’s tracking system to update after your package has been accepted.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us so we can assist you with the available next steps.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery location and with other household members.
- Check with neighbors or your building management, when applicable.
- Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
- Contact The Golden Find if you still need assistance.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping-related issues. However, carrier investigations and claim outcomes are subject to the carrier’s policies.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We recommend keeping:
- The original shipping box.
- All packaging materials.
- The damaged product.
- Photos of the package and product.
This information may be required to evaluate the issue or submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability may be limited. If international shipping is available for your destination, the applicable shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
