Welcome to The Golden Find.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from The Golden Find. By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or making a purchase.
1. About The Golden Find Watches
The Golden Find is an independent online retailer and reseller offering watches, watch accessories, watch tools, collectibles, and other related products.
The Golden Find Watches is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of Invicta Watch Group or any other brand unless expressly stated otherwise.
All trademarks, brand names, product names, and logos appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify products offered for resale.
2. Product Authenticity
The Golden Find is committed to selling authentic products.
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, replica, or imitation products.
Products may be sourced through various legitimate retail, wholesale, liquidation, auction, and resale channels.
Because The Golden Find is an independent reseller, manufacturer warranties may not apply or may not be transferable unless specifically stated in the individual product listing.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, conditions, and pricing.
However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.
Product packaging may also vary.
For products sold as open-box, pre-owned, display models, or other non-new conditions, any known condition information will be disclosed in the product listing when applicable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, condition, photographs, and included accessories before completing a purchase.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Because some of our inventory consists of limited-quantity, discontinued, collectible, or individually sourced products, an item may not be available for restocking once sold.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee availability or reserve the product.
A product is not considered purchased until payment has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable due to an inventory error or other circumstances. If payment has already been collected for an unavailable item, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors as permitted by applicable law.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.
We do not guarantee that prices offered on our website will be identical to prices offered through third-party marketplaces or other sales channels.
6. Orders
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Product unavailability.
- Pricing or inventory errors.
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
- Payment verification issues.
- Incorrect shipping information.
- Orders that violate these Terms.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Payment
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The Golden Find does not directly store complete payment card information when transactions are processed by third-party payment providers.
8. Shipping
Orders are subject to our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we are unable to ship an order within an applicable promised shipping timeframe, we will handle the delay or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Federal rules generally require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for their advertised shipping time; when no shipping time is stated, the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule generally uses a 30-day standard and establishes requirements for delays and refunds.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
Returned products must meet all applicable eligibility requirements described in that policy.
The FTC recommends that online shoppers review return deadlines, refund policies, and responsibility for return shipping, which is why these terms should be clearly displayed on your website.
10. Order Cancellations
Customers should contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
If an order has already shipped, the customer may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product.
Because The Golden Find is an independent reseller and not necessarily an authorized dealer of the brands sold on our website, a manufacturer’s warranty may not be included, applicable, or transferable.
Any warranty specifically included with a product will be described in the applicable product listing when known.
Customers should not assume that a product includes an official manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated.
12. Intellectual Property
The content created and owned by The Golden Find, including our original website design, original photographs, graphics, written content, and The Golden Find branding, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
Third-party trademarks, product names, and brand names belong to their respective owners.
References to third-party brands are made for product identification and descriptive purposes and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement.
13. Website Use
You agree not to use our website:
- For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- To attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- To interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- To transmit malicious software or harmful code.
- To collect information about other users without authorization.
- To make fraudulent purchases or payment disputes.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Golden Find will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and other external services.
The Golden Find is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites and services.
Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
16. Privacy
Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, used, and protected.
17. Electronic Communications
By placing an order or contacting us electronically, you agree that order confirmations, receipts, shipping updates, customer service communications, and other transactional notices may be provided electronically.
Florida law recognizes that electronic records and contracts generally cannot be denied legal effect solely because they are in electronic form.
18. Errors and Omissions
Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
We will not knowingly misrepresent the price, condition, availability, authenticity, or characteristics of a product.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or other mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
21. Contact Us
